Tamil Nadu CM Stalin invites Arvind Kejriwal to launch of three educational projects

Both prime ministers will launch the DMK government’s Puthumai Penn Thittam, 26 excellence schools and 15 model schools, on September 5.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will launch 26 Schools of Excellence and 15 Model Schools in Tamil Nadu on September 5, along with his counterpart, MK Stalin.

The Education Minister of Tamil Nadu, Anbil Mahesh, met Kejriwal in his hometown on Tuesday and invited him to the launch of the DMK government’s Puthumai Penn Thittam (Innovative Project for Girls) and the inauguration of 26 schools of excellence and 15 model schools in the state.

The AAP supremo received the invitation days after he held a hostage situation against Assam’s chief minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, over which state’s education system was better.

“Thank you Thiru @mkstalin for inviting me to visit Tamil Nadu next week. I am delighted to join the people of Tamil Nadu on their journey towards an educational revolution. Together we will launch 3 crucial projects on September 5,” Kejriwal tweeted.

In another tweet, the prime minister said: “Like Delhi, the TN government is now launching 26 state-of-the-art state-owned companies. Model schools – 15 schools are being scaled up to offer professional courses.”

Under the Puthumai Penn Thittam, the government of Tamil Nadu will pay Rs 1,000 per month to female students as aid in higher education, the AAP leader tweeted.

Mahesh tweeted after meeting Kejriwal: “Today (30.08.2022) I met the Honorable Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his residence in New Delhi and following the instructions of the Hon’ble TN Chief Minister MK Stalin and as the Minister of Education of TN, invited him to participate in the inaugural event organized in Chennai to mark the

“Puthumai Penn Thittam”, “26 School of Excellence” and “15 Model Schools”.”

In April, Stalin, along with Kejriwal and Deputy Prime Minister Manish Sisodia, visited government schools in Delhi.

The DMK leader then said he was delighted with the innovative business blasters program. “The Tamil students and teachers also need to go beyond the textbooks to further develop your knowledge and skills. The world is outside the windows. Innovate it with your skills! Enrich it!” he tweeted.
