Samsung’s Galaxy S23 is just around the corner and as the release date approaches, more rumors are naturally surfacing. The latest comes from a reliable source regarding Samsung related matters.
In a recent tweet Ice Universe suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will support 8K@30fps video recording. We’ve seen many other smartphones record 30fps videos at 4320p resolution, but this will be Samsung’s first. We just hope Samsung will be generous with its storage offerings, as 8K videos take up a lot of space.
The difference between 30 and 24 fps may not seem like much, but it’s certainly easy to see in real life. Also, the tipster only mentions “S23”, implying that the entire lineup is getting the upgrade, which makes it a bit more impressive given that the vanilla Galaxy S23 will be a small phone.
