As investors continued to pump money into the stock market through mutual funds, AMCs were net buyers of about Rs 4,700 crore worth of shares in July. An analysis by IDBI Capital shows that the top new picks from mutual funds were Morepen Lab and Pharma. On the other hand, Seya Industries and Shakti Pumps were on the top exit list.

During the month, Kotak added two new shares and left six. New additions include GMR Infra and Hindustan Copper, while the list of exits has NBCC, Brightcom Group, JSW Energy, KEI Industries, ICICI Securities and CAMS.

Nippon India Mutual Fund
Nippon sold six shares – Neogen Chemicals, , PTC India, Welspun Enterprises and Seya Industries.
