Hyderabad man becomes first customer of India’s most expensive supercar

Over the past five years, the Indian market has seen a growing interest in high-end exotic cars. We have brands like Lamborghini, Aston, Ferrari that officially offer their cars in the country. The latest entrant on this list is McLaren. The brand had announced its official entry into the Indian market a year ago and they recently inaugurated their first dealer here in Mumbai. As part of the opening ceremony, the brand had unveiled its flagship supercar, the McLaren 765 LT. It is one of the most expensive supercars officially on sale in India and McLaren has already found its first customer. The car was recently delivered to a businessman from Hyderbad.

The video was shared by naseer_khan0054 who actually bought the 765 LT Spider. McLaren is managed by the Infinity group in India and the brand offers its entire portfolio in India. McLaren offers the GT, Artura, 720S, 720S Spider, 765 LT and 765 LT Spider in India. The one bought by Naseer Khan is the McLaren 765 LT Spider version, the most expensive of the range. He bought the supercar in the color MSO Volcano Red, which looks extremely good and sporty. Naseer Khan is likely to be the first customer of 765 LT Spider in India. We’re not sure if Naseer opted for any customization on this car. This supercar is special in more ways than one. It is one of the fastest convertibles McLaren has ever produced. It offers an extremely aerodynamic design like the coupe version. Carbon fiber is used for the body of this supercar and it gets a more aggressive front bumper, splitter, side skirts and a wraparound rear bumper. Since this is the convertible version, the roof of the supercar can be folded in just 11 seconds.

While the exact price of the McLaren 765 LT is not known, it is expected to cost around Rs 12 crore ex-showroom. Production of the McLaren 765 LT is limited to 765 units, making it even more exclusive than any other supercar in India. The McLaren 765 LT Spider is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine. The engine generates 765 hp and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. It is mated to a 7-speed sequential gearbox and all power is sent to the rear wheels. McLaren as a brand has been quite popular among enthusiasts in India for a long time, but they never officially sold this model in India until recently.

Many enthusiasts who can afford to buy a supercar like McLaren have imported these cars to India. The McLaren delivered to Naseer Khan is the first 765 LT Spider, but it is not the first McLaren supercar to be officially delivered to a customer in India. McLaren had announced its official entry into the Indian market a year ago and around that time they delivered the 720S Spider to West Bengal-based businessman Parveen Agarwal. Coming back to Naseer Khan, the McLaren 765 LT Spider isn’t his first supercar. He has cars like Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge, Ferrari 812 Superfast, Mercedes-Benz G350d, Ford Mustang, Lamborghini Aventador, Lamborghini Urus and many more expensive cars in his garage.
