Anand Mahindra is an avid social media user and often shares fascinating posts that pique the interest of internet users. In his latest tweet, the Mahindra Group chairman again shared a video of a man building an electric jeep at his home.
Mahindra responded to a job request on Twitter on Saturday. One Gowtham, a young man from Keezhad in the Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu, shared a video of his battery-powered jeep on social media, writing: “Please offer me a job sir”. In the clip, Mr Gowtham demonstrated that the Jeep is built in such a way that the front and rear wheels can be steered separately.

Anand Mahindra took notice of Mr Gowtham’s video and retweeted it. He was impressed with the car and even asked the President of Mahindra & Mahindra’s Head of Automotive Product Development, R Velusamy, to get in touch with the young man.

In the caption, the industrialist wrote: “This is why I am confident that India will be a leader in EVs. Since the video was shared, Mr Gowtham’s video has been viewed more than 249,000 times. Internet users praised Mr Mahindra’s gesture to contact Mr Gowtham.
One user wrote: “I really appreciate how you encourage at the grassroots level.” Another said, “America also became an economic superpower because the ecosystem put merit and brains on mere college degrees (which are also important). Great gesture, sir.”

Meanwhile, just a few days ago, Mr. Mahindra also shared a video showing a unique idea for a gateway. The clip showed a large black gate with the body of a car embedded in it. The post garnered over 1.54 lakh views and over 7,000 likes.
